1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the NexuvoLearn platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service description

NexuvoLearn is an independent AI-powered study tool designed to help individuals prepare for Microsoft certification exams. The platform generates practice questions and explanations using publicly available Microsoft Learn content and AI language models. NexuvoLearn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft Corporation in any way.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

• Questions are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.
• Passing practice sessions on NexuvoLearn does not guarantee passing an official Microsoft certification exam.
• Official exam content, formats, and passing scores are determined solely by Microsoft and its authorised testing partners.
• You should always supplement NexuvoLearn with official Microsoft documentation, instructor-led training, and other authorised study materials.

4. Microsoft trademark notice

Microsoft, Azure, and related certification names (including but not limited to AZ-104, AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900, and DP-900) are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Their use on this platform is purely descriptive — to identify the subject matter of the study content — and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Microsoft Corporation.

5. Credits and payments

NexuvoLearn operates on a credits system. During the beta period, all registered users receive 100 starter credits upon joining and 10 free daily credits that refresh each day.

• Additional credit packs may be purchased within the platform. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased or consumed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• Credits never expire while your account remains active.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NexuvoLearn in any way that:

• Shares, resells, or redistributes AI-generated questions, answers, or study content to third parties without prior written consent.
• Scrapes, crawls, or systematically extracts content from the platform using automated tools.
• Uses automated scripts or bots to generate questions, consume credits, or circumvent usage limits.
• Misrepresents AI-generated content as official Microsoft exam questions in any forum, social media, or publication.
• Shares account credentials with other users. Each account is for a single individual only.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

You may request account deletion at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@nexuvolearn.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Any unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

8. Limitation of liability

NexuvoLearn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is capped at the total amount you spent on credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of NexuvoLearn after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
